"If I can give zero stars I would. I've had a Toyota and a few Hyundai and have never experienced a service center like this. Basically run by kids who promise you the world then never show up or are "in the bathroom.". The Service Mgr (Raoul) wasnt even in on a Saturday. Left a message for the "upper" Service Mgr, Dave Who never even called me back. Wow. 4 times at this service center and part was not there, part was delivered damaged, promises then when I show up my appt wasn't even there! Now after this whole debacle, nothing was fixed. Driving 15 mins, same problem.(don't think they even attempted to fixed it, but said they did. Can't wait to get to get rid of this car. Going back to Hyundai - cars are better and the service is great!"
"This place does not even deserve a star. The service center is worse then the sales side of this dealership if that is even possible. I had a 1PM appointment and at 2:30 the car was still sitting in the front not even being checked yet. They have a sign in the waiting area saying they offer a lyft within a 5 mile radius. When I asked my advisor about it she said they have an area for the lyft to pick you up in the front but they don't order it or even pay for it and was very rude about it as if I was bothering her. I had checked in with my advisor as I was only there for an oil change and ended up spending three hours and she could not be more rude. They have a sign up at the service desk that has their "service promise" and pretty much every single "promise" on that list is never met when I service my car here."
"Front desk customer intake was really nice and explained everything. The actual servicing of the vehicle was a lot faster than anticipated. I was especially impressed with the lady at the front desk worrying about an elderly woman's car service that didn't show up and was directing them over the phone how to find the facility. Overall, 5/5."
"Alright so this place is unbelievable. Had a 7:15 appointment, and a bunch of customers were there waiting from even before me. It’s like nobody wants to work, works got here late, 7:45 and then they said someone got in a car accident that’s why they are late. Okay everybody is late for one car accident ? Then past 8 none of the cars that had appointments were even looked at yet, nobody is checking the. Are in, in fact the front desk personnel or admin isn’t even here yet, everybody is lost as to what’s going on. These people have no respect for other people’s time. If you don’t want to work you can stay home to be honest."
"The people were very nice but the one star comes from the prices and how they conducted business. They charged us a $150 fee just for diagnostics, which was fine bc they said if we choose a big service to be done to our car it would be taken off that fee. We kept asking and asking and asking how much would it be to fix what was wrong with our car (and we knew exactly what was wrong) but they couldn’t give us an answer. Then when diagnostics was over they quoted us for $600 just to fix our car. Then she went to go order the part from Kia vendors and said it wasn’t available but then said it could be different on Monday and that we can still pay the $600 for her to keep looking. We said no and then she said she can call other vendors that aren’t Kia. We asked if the price would change and she said no(why would I pay full price if the product isn’t coming straight from the brand?). The lady was so nice but it doesn’t seem like she wanted to tell us before taking the $150 how much it actually cost. So they ended up keeping our $150 and we didn’t choose to do the service. We ended up getting it fixed for $200 at a smaller local car shop. Besides that, their waiting room was awesome with free coffee and comfy chairs and spacious seating. This review is only based off of the service center- not sales!"
