"I took my car to fix the air conditioning. Mr Ramirez, the owner did not get me an estimate or call to let me know what was happening with my car. A day layer I go to pick it up and I get charge $240 in cash because this business does not accept credit cards. When I got my car, it wasn’t really blowing cold air but Mr Ramirez claimed that I should keep on driving it, and it should get better. 30 days later air conditioner broke completely . I report the issue to Mr. Ramirez but he told me he was going through an inspection and couldn’t repair any cars. A week later i take it back to him and he claims that is the condenser or the compressor of the car that he had to charge me an additional $600 like it was a different issue. I felt it wasn’t fair for me to pay additional money when I had given him $240 for him to pretty much put AC recharge. Couldn’t deal with this place mediocrity, and took my car to a real mechanic. Wasted $240 on absolutely no service. Don’t take your car to this place very unprofessional. Not sure if they are even certified mechanics."
