"I took my car in for a bumper repair. When I asked for my receipt, the boss there, Mike or Mark—I cant remember—told me that they “don’t do receipts” and chuckled and walked away as if I were making some unusual request. He was actually quite rude. I’m having a hard time believing these 5-star reviews. I can only assume that the individuals who have reviewed are either related to or close friends with the employees at this place. Or maybe the issue has something to do with race. Although I will admit that the work was well done, p-auto repair is somewhat unprofessional. Response to owners response: The reason I asked for the receipt is because the person who paid for the work did not get one. When I asked him for a copy of the receipt he told me “they don’t give receipts”—his words exactly. So I asked you for a receipt and you laughed and walked away. Is this not what happened? Also, it’s interesting that you responded to my review within an hour; It seems like you were expecting it—as you should have been."
