"Went in for an oil change and feel a bit robbed. I have never paid more than $55.00 and was charged $83.00 here. Was told they "Pay a lot for synthetic". Not sure how they can pay THAT much more. I will not be back. I'm not sure how you rate the results of an oil change so I can only comment on the price and service. As for the service, The woman who runs the office needs to be pushed to actually check with anyone before making statements. At first she told me I could bring my car the day prior but when pushed to be sure, after checking I was told they were actually too busy. When I brought it the next morning at 8:30, I stressed again I needed it back by 12:30. I called at 12:15 and the best I could get out of her as to if it would be done was an "I think." It was done by 12:45 with an additional 10 minutes for the woman to enter a 3 lined bill. They were nice enough and did the job but there was absolutely nothing to justify paying almost $30 more than any other oil change in the 8 year history of this car's oil changes."
