"This place deserves a 0.0 stars! How this place has 4.8 stars is beyond me!! Ingrid damaged my mothers hair, she colored & highlighted her hair, once she completed everything, my mothers hair was all chopped up, as if she got a horrible hair cut, from so much product that she left on her scalp, her hair is falling off, her scalp is red, itchy & will now need treatment for her hair to grow back, it looks like she got chemo treatment!!! I thought she gave my mother a haircut, but she didn’t get a cut!! I went back the next day with my mother, & she did refund my mother, because she felt embarrassed, obviously in front of her customers. I will post pictures if I’m able to!! She will NEVER return, & absolutely unprofessional!!"
