"Diane is amazing. She is honest , incredibly skilled and I highly reccommend. She’s accommodating and LISTENS to her clients . She did fairy highlights on my hair that was Awful, dull and half gray when I walked in. I don’t style it so My pictures don’t do it justice but it’s so healthy and SO natural. Also Alexa who shampoo/conditioned me is so kind gentle and professional . 10/10 reccommend !!"

"This is the worst place to ever go. I would have rated it ZERO. The stylist was not using proper and good / hygienic equipment to get in with. I had to call it out. I had asked for a hair cut which was to be done to the skin. They should have mentioned it , they only do styling and can’t really do this. Instead they blamed it on me very conveniently for lack of communication. Also they charged me more than what the service provided deserved."

"I would not recommend this Salon due to two reasons: 1) Hygeine - my stylist did not clean the combs & scissors she used on my hair with a disinfectant. She simply removed the hair from the comb from the previous client with her hand 2) Professionalism - i found their front desk staff to be rude each time I called them or saw them in person. As a client, I did not feel like the team at Hair Sense is interested in listening to the client. I found the demeanor of the stylist intimidating. Overall, I think this Salon is a means to an end type of place. If you are desperate to get a haircut, please go here, otherwise, consider exploring."

"Normally I don’t like to complain about a business, but I got my hair done a few weeks ago. It seemed really great when it was finished and styled. I was really happy with it. However, a few days later after washing it and drying it, it may be one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had! I mean it’s a complete hack job. I started getting a bad feeling about this stylist once he started speaking down to me, and fighting with another employee, but he seemed fairly confident (maybe a tad arrogant) in what he was doing. Im literally embarrassed to go out looking like this. They were nice people, so I gave the two stars, but the haircut is just atrocious!"

"Been here since a very dear bff-Armie, introduced Diane back in 1997. My Titi Diane Jones became a part of our family. I wouldnt go anywhere else but where ever my titi is... the salon moved to a new location for over a year now but the service stays the best! Hair Sense Salon is as beautiful as the owners. Really nice clean, cozy place and everyone that works at the salon are lovely inside and out especially my TitiD. It makes you feel home."
