"Was with one doctor for 5 or 6 years came in for a checkup and learned that my doctor had left the practice. No one called me to let me know. They handed me over to another doctor who 3 months later I was told is no longer when I called for an appointment. They were bought out by a conglomerate so they're not the same business they once were. it's a shame"
"DO NOT GO HERE. IT’S A SCAM. After coming to Doctors of Dental Medicine for over 20 years, I have left the practice after new ownership took over because these people are incompetent. My first cleaning there lasted about 15 minutes. It felt like I brushed my teeth, not had a deep cleaning from a dental hygienist, which I waited 45 minutes for. But that’s not the worst of it. My husband had a procedure TWO YEARS ago and had them run his insurance before agreeing to the procedure to understand out of pocket costs. After confirming and going through with the procedure, several months later a new bill arrived. Calling the office for any sense of clarity is a path to no where. I was told to email the office a copy of my health insurance which we quickly sent over. About 4 months later we received more bills and again calling back they had the gall to tell me we never sent anything. After reforwarding for confirmation they told me it might take MONTHS to process with no reassurance or end in sight. Guess what…. I still continue to receive a bill to this date. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. These people will ruin your dental experience."
"Very unprofessional office staff. Not knowledge of my benefits..paided out of pocket when in fact services were covered. When I questioned and asked questions of what I paid for no response after 3+ weeks of follow-up. Attitude received from office manager is reason why I'm leaving practice. Don't appreciate the non communication and think office manager doesn't realize effects. Goodbye good luck!"

"If I could give zero I would. Overcharged me for X-rays that were covered more by my insurance and when I got a letter from my insurance stating that they overcharged me they are taking forever to give me a refund. My first and only appointment took 2 hours for X-rays an a cleaning. The girl was still learning to do X-rays she claimed several different computers crashed even though the problem was clearly her. When the dentist came in to look at them he said the X-rays were all blurry. She said keep flipping there are better ones. Terrible experience was told I have 9 cavities when I have never had one in my life. Went for a second opinion somewhere else and was told I do not have 9 cavities they just wanted money as they told me my insurance was only going to cover some of it and I’d have to pay $1200 out of pocket for the rest. My new dentist also said my X-rays were so bad that if he sent them in to the insurance to cover anything they would deny my claims. The insurance company would not be able to see anything clearly so they had to take new ones at my new dentist free of charge to correct the issue so I won’t be billed. Sounds intentional on the doctors of dental medicine Dayton as they money hungry thieves. The entire staff is also so rude especially the girls at the desk especially after I asked for a refund for being over charged it’s been over a month I want my money back! **update: my appointment was on 3/31 it’s been almost 6 weeks still no refund. My insurance paid them on 4/3 and they cashed the check on 4/11 according to my insurance yet on 5/8 they said the hold up was my insurance not paying the claim yet they cashed the payment for the claim a month ago. Just don’t go here. They charge you incorrectly and then never refund. I’ve reported insurance fraud with my insurance since they got paid from both my insurance and myself."
