"I’m not sure who my mom and I spoke to but there’s someone at the front desk that is extremely rude and unwelcoming. My mom and I would have been first time patients but we decided not to because of this person’s attitude. She was aggressive and would hang up when the signal was not picking up. Which is unfortunate because we have been trying to find a new dentist to be our regular. EDIT: (in response to their response) I was trying to become a patient there but unfortunately I cannot come to place that has that kind of person as their front desk representative. And your response has reassured me that I made the right decision to no longer come in."

"This is ABSOLUTELY the best Dental office in all of Franklin Township!!! I am not exaggerating! I have been visiting Dr. Hussein and his staff for approximately the last 12 years! It’s obvious how competent, extremely friendly and efficient they are each time. There were numerous times that I needed an Emergency appointment and he was always willing to tend to my needs. Let’s also mention how CLEAN he keeps his office ( in these times that’s a major plus)! I don’t mean to rant but I swear.. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Hussein and his practice! Simply the best!!!"
