"Woke up on a Saturday with my wisdom teeth having a full-blown meltdown. "Oral surgeon"? Gen Z me is clueless about dentist stuff, so Google Maps it was. Prestige pops up first, phone actually rings and they get my panicked rambling, booking me for Monday! Doc walks in, chill as a cucumber after yanking teeth for centuries. Before I can ask a single question, he's already explaining everything. Smooth moves, pre-emptive answers, dude even reads my anxiety like a fortune cookie. By the time he speaks, I'm handing over my wisdom teeth (and trust) like party favors. Prestige is also swagged out with branded ice packs, a cleaning syringe you can actually use, and a pamphlet that answered every weird question I forgot to ask (genius!). Even when the post-surgery pain attacked, the receptionists were always on call, calming me down like they've seen it all (which they probably have). Bottom line? Prestige has got skills, swag, and empathy. Life throws curveballs, and sometimes they come with four pointy roots. Prestige caught mine, and for that, I'm eternally grateful."

"We went yesterday to have all 4 of my daughters wisdom teeth removed. Cat at the front desk was as pleasant as they come. A wonderful first impression , especially for my daughter who was very anxious about the procedure. We did not have to wait long before my daughter was taken back. Very time efficient . Renisha soon came and took me back to see my daughter when all was finished. She was AWESOME. Kind and pleasant and compassionate and very informative as far as the post op procedures. She walked my daughter to the car. She even came back out to see her before we left because we had one more question. And did not seem to mind at all. My daughter spoke very highly of the whole staff including the Ashely and Jenny and of course the Dr. I chose this place because they took my insurance, I am so glad they did because it was a great experience.
