"No one is in a good mood dealing with accident repairs, but Auto pro collision made its easy and eased the frustration. My insurance suggested I use them so this was my first time. The receptionist is the BEST customer care I have ever experienced, she’s kind, patient and helpful everytime I needed to talk to her. For me , the person who answers the phone and is the first to deal with customers is so important. The process was easy and my car was done in the estimated time they gave. I unfortunately had an emergency and could not pick my car up for 2 additional days past when it was ready, I asked if there was a storage fee since this was my fault that I couldn’t get my car, auto pro said no storage fee, we don’t do that here. I thought this was so kind as every bill I get from other businesses have every little crazy fee. The work they did was perfect, the color match from my old car to the new bumper matched. I was happy with their work and impressed with the customer service. I highly recommend auto pro."
