"THIEVES. DO NOT GO THERE. I was overcharged without explanation and invoice breakdown. When i asked them for an explanation that said "that is the way we do" For one hour of labor and 175$ parts cost, they charged me 1109. Terrible customer service and behavior. That is not how you run a business. All the good reviews are fake from their own employees."

"My serpentine belt fell off less than 100 miles after service a $3000 here. I never had an issue with the serpentine belt since I bought the vehicle. I spoke with the owner regarding this issue and it was chalked up to unfortunate timing. None of the work involved (ABS/Transmission/Inspection) would have reportedly required the serpentine belt being touched. However, I noticed the belt making a sound very soon after picking up my vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not realize it was the belt making the sound and instead I had assumed that the technicians would have noticed the sound as well and addressed it if it was a problem. This is not the case. The owner stated that their standard practice is to address the issues the owners bring to their attention and nothing more. Good shop if you are a mechanic that doesn't want to do work on your vehicle. Terrible shop if you expect a high level of customer care."
"Great place for all your Sprinter work. I had new Sachs Struts and new sway bar links installed. Pricing much better than MB dealer and super nice informative staff. Really like the first come first serve business model and quick turnaround. Most dealers you wait for appts. Will definitely go back for whatever work I need next!"
