"Horrible customer service I made an appointment and I was assigned to Lina, she was rushing the entired time and didn’t even allow me to explain what I needed. She looked very annoyed because I was showing her pictures of what I wanted and didn’t patience. I ended up getting up and leaving."

"If you like to get a nice cut without the fanfare, price is great with short wait times. Nadia, Naja and Lena are great stylists. Very friendy family like atmosphere. Highly recommended."

"Since when on a Saturday morning does a salon open at 10am and have 1 hairdresser? Supposedly another hairdresser was coming in late. Sorry but I could not wait more than an hour. They don't take appointments. So therefore I did not wait I went across the highway to cutting edge."

"Don't make an appointment. There is no point! I go here all the time. I booked an appointment for highlights days in advance. Walked in on-time and was told I have people ahead of me. It will be 20 min. 35 minutes later I asked she said they are running behind "clearly that's why I told you 20 min we are a walk in facility". I told her "its now 35 min and all those people before me are done and 1 came in after me was taken too. I had an appointment you could have called me and told me I would have done other things or came later, or came earlier as a "walk- in". She said "we don't provide those services to call you and notify you. I am being nice to you and respectful. So if you want to stay you can have a seat." At this point, one person already messed up a kids haircut the parents were mad, the other is flustered and rushed because she is in middle of someone else's highlights, clearly angry because I asked how long it was gonna be. I told her "I need my hair done, but this is not a good situation, I'm not getting my hair done by anyone that's busy, angry or rushed. Thank you." and walked out. I don't want fried hair or to be bald. I have bragged about this place to many family and friends who have loved my hair. But this is just plain messed up. Appointments don't come 1st here... only walk ins do. But if you call in for highlights, you get told you have to make an appointment, but they won't tell you come early because of the walk ins. I'm just very disappointed I thought I had finally found my go to place"
