"This is a clean and friendly place to get a good haircut at a reasonable, manageable price. Although over time I try to go back to someone who knows me, all the people there seem to do a very good job. They put notes into their computer for each customer about the kind of cut and other preferences, so it's easy to communicate if you want to keep the same style. My last cut was beautifully done by Hindira, an inverted bob with layers. Very pleased. Update many months later: This is still my favorite place. Prices have gone up, though still at or below many comparable places. I will keep returning as long as Hindira is there. She does a really high-quality cut. I truly doubt I could get anything better in a fancy salon."

The way she manages the shop making sure all customers are greeted also the way she goes above and beyond to support her team shows great leadership. "Went for a hair cut for my daughter and I. Forgot to ask her name, but it was an older lady who gave us both a hair cut. Terrible haircut. She left a lot of hair on my neckline, my wife had to fix it at home. For my daughter she did a very bad uneven cut. All we asked her was to trim her length from the back and it was all cut at an angle and not straight at all. Very disappointing."

"Used to come here due to the kind staff besides the haircuts and while there still is a kind staff at this location currently,the hair stylists seem to not understand directions on how want hair,let alone a simple cut or trim. Cannot recommend unless they properly learn how to do a cut as customer wants or at least in presentation that won't result in looking awful or off entirely"
