"I LOVE the solid red hair, but i didn’t want a solid color correction. The pictures I showed had 2-3 different colors in it, with bright red highlights and low lights. She said with the way my hair currently was she only needed to add one color and it would have the result I was looking for, (I don’t like when people tell me how to do my job, and I don’t know hair so I listened to her) I also asked for the highlights that were previously there to but touched up so it looks natural when it starts to grow, unfortunately it looks like I dyed my hair a week ago with a straight line down the middle, with the way the roots were done. And she said if it wasn’t what I was looking for we could add the low lights after the red was washed out.. which I never heard of doing. I mentioned prior to booking the appointment that I had work at 6 and by the time the red was out and dyed it was already 3 and I had an hour drive home. So waiting for the next color and washing to fix the sold color wasn’t able to happen.. she never said color correction takes 8+ hours (if I would’ve had that information prior instead of after trying to resolve the issue I wouldn’t have made the appointment for that day.) For color corrections I’ve had in the past it didn’t take more than 5 hours with 4+ colors. The girl who did my hair was really nice, and really sweet. She did reach out and offer to fix it which is why I changed my review, but I mentioned I wouldn’t be coming back."
