He was able to provide us with an estimate a day after the accident and parts were ordered immediately after the authorization to repair was signed. We were notified as soon as the parts were received and were able to bring the vehicle in for repair almost immediately thereafter. Within a day, we were given a "carwise" link to check the progress of the repair, from start to finish. Along with the link, Jeremy was also helpful and available to keep us updated with the progress and to answer any of our questions. Our vehicle was completed on the day and at the time promised. Jeremy and his crew did an excellent job. There is absolutely no sign of damage! They went above and beyond to return the vehicle in its best condition. It was washed, vacuumed, and the tires were shined! We could not have asked to have been treated any better!
