"The salon is under new ownership so I would definitely go to the salon and get a first hand experience before looking at the previously left negative reviews. Jeimy did my hair and I was left speechless. I had very dark hair and was going blonde! She listened to me and made me feel comfortable the entire day (if you’ve ever gone from dark to blonde you know it takes FOREVER)! I felt so comfortable I even took a nap lol all the ladies in the salon were super nice and kept giving me ideas and suggestions throughout the day. Definitely going back soon!"

"I only visit the hair salon about twice a year. I have natural hair and usually wash it myself. I’ve been to numerous Dominican salons before and this is by far the worst for a wash and blow dry. The stylist had to have been a non licensed stylist because she had no knowledge about washing and detangling natural hair. If you’re going to offer services to different hair types, at least know the basics. The stylist tangled my hair with the brush she was using and was struggling to the point where her boss took over. After her boss finished the hurtful mess she created, she came back to flatiron my hair. She put no energy or effort into my hair and was constantly on her phone. I had to complain twice during the service and left with a headache from the pulling and tugging of my hair. I will never go back."

"Very pleasant atmosphere, especially considering the difficult times we are all facing with the pandemic. Extremely clean area! Greeted very kindly upon my entrance and seated almost immediately by Paloma. Absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough, every time I go I get consistent quality service by everyone and now a regular thanks to Paloma! Pricing is more than reasonable. I highly recommend Nilo!"

"Very professional environment. All of of the staff is super welcoming and nice. I have been to the salon 3 times for facials and I have to say every single time they have exceeded my expectations. Paloma who does the facials is amazing at what she does. She is super knowledgeable and listens to your concerns and tends to them. I will definitely be a returning to this salon and can’t wait to try some of their other services!"
