"Visited this location on 9/23/23 with a coupon I purchased off from Groupon for full synthetic oil change. I refused service because I Had to wait 24 hours for the coupon to be validated. I Returned the next day. And they completed the oil change. I noticed the full synthetic oil change is the same oil they go and pull into the jerrycans. I was expecting to see some quart cans been opened in my presence and poured down engine. They also gave me a run around about my oil pan plug was not the right part so because of that they would have to drain the oil from the engine. Nevertheless I have replaced the oil pan plug and have done 3 oil changes prior to visiting this location.also don’t forget your shop fee of $7.04 if you are using a Groupon coupon."

"This place is a fraud. Despite having a groupon, a full synthetic oil change costed me $90 (they charged me $30 out of pocket on top of groupon saying Castrol oil is not included in groupon but that was not mentioned on the groupon). Also the oil filter that they installed seemed to be sub-standard. With coupons etc. the same service costs between $95-100 at the dealership so for $5-10 less, there is no point going at this shady place to get your oil change done."
