Supercuts

"My husband went in for a haircut this afternoon (2.3.24). Lucy cut his hair. He showed her a picture of the cut he wanted and she proceeded to cut his hair how SHE wanted. Not only did she butcher his hair, she also butchered his neck. When he addressed it with her when it occurred, she basically dismissed him. Incredibly unprofessional, dangerous and unsanitary. Seriously disappointed."

"I very much like my stylists and the salon. I am not as fond of their booking method. It is difficult to make an appointment and you can’t see when your stylists is working. I waited all morning for the booking to open, only to find that today guy had to call for an appointment and my stylist was not working. Seems there should be a better booking system. Also I find it very inconvenient that I am No longer permitted to call during the week and book and appojntment. I have to wait until the day of. Very unfriendly customer service policy"

"My son’s hair cut was done by an AA lady. She was the perfect combination of rudeness and incompetence. The hair at the front were cut unevenly with no particular style or shape, as if trimming a bush. The trim near the ears were uneven, and when asked her to correct it she seemed offended, as if she was expecting a standing ovation for her shoddy work. It seems like having a deep hatred for humanity is a prerequisite for working here, and to top it off they expect a tip at the end, can you believe it?"
