"I wanted to share another great experience at Bridgewater of Honda. The last time I purchased a car from this location was about 8 years ago. It was about time for a new car and decided to go back based on my first experience. I was met by a wonderful sales associate named Christine Barrantes. She was very welcoming and a pleasure to work with. We informed her that we were interested in possibly buying a new or used vehicle to replace our 2012 Pilot. We had already looked at a few other vehicles brands but always liked the Pilots. She understood what I was looking for and took me right out to the lot and gave me a quick look at what was available. Fortunately, there were few new ones on the lot and Christine was able to get us out on the road for a test drive. All went well and as it turned out we really like the car, it happened to be the exact one I was looking on the website. It had all the amenities we were looking for and felt very safe. After expressing our intention to purchase, Christine expertly guided us through the process. The entire transaction went smoothly, and she handled every detail. We scheduled a pickup time for the car, allowing her to ensure it was prepped and detailed before the transfer. Returning a few hours later, we completed the transaction. Impressively, Christine stayed an hour past closing time to ensure everything unfolded as promised. She diligently went through all the features and amenities, showcasing her dedication to customer service. Christine is truly an invaluable asset at Honda of Bridgewater, exceeding expectations.
