"Patient goes in for 2 wisdom teeth extractions and walks out with all 4 and 5 medications. Very irresponsible actions on behalf of the surgeon. Sadistic mentality. Do not recommend Go to Dr Hoffman-his staff is friendly and wouldn't do this to an 18 year old. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"I had a wisdom extraction appointment a few weeks ago with Dr Sheen based off of a coworkers recommendation from years ago that this place was really great and boy the apologies I’ve been receiving because they couldn’t have been more wrong. This was the worse medical encounter I have ever had. According to them being short staff the confirmation, insurance and payment error made an hour before was probably the first sign this place didn’t function well. After that half hour delay before I could get into the chair not only did they remove my teeth without checking to see the sedative never worked, When my mother told the nurse after I was in pain and needed something to help she demanded i get out of the chair because there wasn’t anything else that could be done since my doctor was in another surgery. It was when my mother ran to get the doctor did people start scrambling to fix what became clear was an error on their part. Now they have the audacity to send me a bill for that sedative (that I already paid for) even though the doctor when he finally came back publicly announced in awe after I almost went into shock from the pain, they gave me an expired dose which why it never worked on me. In case that wasn’t bad enough a few days after I was diagnosed with dry socket for two weeks. Words can’t express how traumatic this entire experience has been for me. I’m still not back to normal and my mouth finally just stopped hurting. Wouldn’t recommend this place."

"Dr Katz, is amazing! He is very kind, empathetic and so much about his patients. His assistants are also very much professional, very patient and understanding. Although it is not a great experience they make it very tolerable. Very happy about the follow-up phone calls the next day and the day after. I wouldn't choose to use anyone else ever again. Office is very clean, girls are extremely sweet. "My Fiancé and I got our wisdom teeth surgeries a day apart. The staff from when we came for the consultation to both surgeries were excellent. Both doctors that did our surgeries were great and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed despite some nervousness we had. All the ladies that work in the back from the x-ray tech, to the dental assistants, to the front desk ladies are all so nice and helpful! We highly recommended Paramount Oral Surgery"
