"Been going to dr Ratner since moved to Staten Island. The staff is amazing, very nice and professions. Dr Ratnet did good job on my implants. But the finishing work I am totally unhappy with. I've asked every time when are we going to try the bar? And was told next time, next time. And only on my last appointment, when there was basically no turning back, basically post-factum, that I am not getting what I wanted which is the bar but rather fasteners which totally defeats the purpose of going through all the pain and discomfort for 6 months. I am sure if I would go back to change the fasteners, because they don't last long, I would be charged. Dr Ratner did not account for any of my wishes. I was refunded the difference in price, but much less than I was originally quoted. I was told that the bar cost $1500 but was only refunded $250. I feel totally cheated out. You can't do this to loyal customers!"
