"So they had the audacity to ask me to leave a review First of all this office makes no sense one number on Google one name on Google when you get there it’s a completely different name different number on the building very confusing when you call to make an appointment they give you one time and they called to confirm on a different time and they text you a complete opposite time if you walk in for an appointment at 12:30 prepare to wait one hour to be seen or even acknowledged I had told when I arrived for my 12PM appointment that I have speech therapy with my daughter at 1 o’clock they didn’t let me leave until 130 miss my daughters therapy they gave me the wrong antibiotic when I call to change it they said I have to come back and wait for days for that appointment when I come in they’re taking x-rays of my teeth all over again as if I was never there before as if they didn’t have x-rays took the doctor 45 minutes to walk in and tell me you should’ve just called instead of coming here and wasting my time very unprofessional they don’t have compassion they don’t have understanding and most of them don’t even speak English so unless you’re Hispanic do not come here they will not accommodate you for the language that you speak up for other appointments that you have they want me to have my extraction done by then but I would rather let it rot in my mouth and come back here telling me don’t even take pain medication for the pain you’re feeling just come in and extract it tomorrow I have other plans it is not that simple no sense of understanding whatsoever how dare you ask me to leave you a review you people are terrible and don’t know how to schedule or have time management above that everybody’s very rude and condescending waste of time they just want to run up a bill do not come here"

"I had a wonderful experience in the Elizabeth office. All of the staff were very helpful and the cleaning I usually cry but not this time and the doctor is excellent. I will be telling my family and friends about them. First visit and I'm in love with this dentist office. Thanks everyone for being so kind and warm helping me get through my fear."
