"So, this might be a long review but I sincerely hope it helps those in need of a competent and compassionate professional! At 54 years of age I walked into Dr. Louie’s office very aware of my periodontal disease but expecting some light clean up after lockdown and then some cosmetic options. WELL!!! I learned day one that not much could be done to save the natural teeth due to the toll a severe infection and periodontal disease had taken on my gums and bone. Fast forward to today…Day 3 as a full upper and lower denture wearer. THANK the heavens for Dr. Louie and his incredible staff! As a dental professional Dr. Louie ALWAYS took his time to explain EVERY step of each procedure. He consistently ensured that I was NEVER in pain during or after the procedure. When required he referred me to Dr. Maxine Feinburg ( another competent and compassionate professional) to assist in my process toward oral health! He has made me feel not only heard but understood throughout a very difficult life altering process. I can not say enough about his ability to provide frank and realistic diagnosis through a compassionate and understanding spirit! Anyone who asks, I HIGHLY and immediately recommend them to Dr. Louie! Lastly, I must add some word about Ms. Dora on the front desk making sure that the business side (payments) go as smoothly as possible so patients can focus on their self care. The entire office staff is beyond amazing. Looking forward to many years of oral health with Dr. Louie. I only wish I had found him 10 years earlier!"
