"I will start this review by saying Dr. Lukenda is a great dentist and I never had an issue with him. Unfortunately his office staff is something to be desired. On January 16th 2024 I spoke with them to make a cleaning appointment. They informed because of cancellations in the past I was black listed from new appointments. I explained my situation as a utility worker dealing with public utility emergencies sometimes I’m forced into overtime at work. They began to belittle me and tell me how I should have been charged fees in the past and how I wasted their time. I told them I hoped we could resolve the issue as I wanted to continue to see Dr. Lukenda. I said if we couldn’t resolve the issue I was going to write a review on my experience. They then called me back to harass me about “threatening” to write a review and charge me fees months after the cancellations. The office staff lacks class and professionalism with how they speak to patients. Unfortunately they cost their own boss a client."
