"DR. Shah and her hygienist Roopa is the best ever. Before I went to them I saw another dentist that wanted to pull all my teeth out and give me fake ones. I went to Dr. Shah and Roopa for a second opinion.THEY SAVED MY TEETH!! My first time I went my teeth and gums were all mess up. Gross looking and I was embarrassed to smile.. They hooked me up with great work. From deep cleanings, regular cleanings, gum surgery, teeth whitening, and splinting. I highly recommend. The staff is very nice and polite. I'm very proud of my smile today!! You won't be disappointed. They treat you like family. Very warm place to go."

"The worst medical practice I’ve come across. This dentist and her staff are not transparent about how their billing works. Put you on long holds when you call to ask, and they add on & bill you for flouride treatments without your consent, or knowledge. After I’d enough with them, i took my kid to another dentist and when the new dentist called their office for my child’s X-ray they blatantly refused that an XRay was ever taken… SO, you billed my insurance for something you didn’t do?? Unbelievable! This dental practice should be investigated."

"WORST EXPERIENCE i ever had. We went for my kid general cleaning, they asked for x-ray and we took . After a month we got bill that they charged us $1200 for service. Our responsibility have to pay $400. They charged us for "Oral Hygiene Instructions -- $63" , "Unspecified prevent procedure --- $36", "Nutrition Counseling--- $77, Screening of a patient --- $85, Misc Diagnostic Test--- $75" . They didn't tell any "Oral Hygiene instruction" and They didn't give any "Nutrition Counselling" . They are biggest liars. They asked for make appointment for us, Thank fully we refused. They are MONEY HUNGRY DENTAL CLINIC. I wouldn't recommend."

"I visited this Dental Clinic in Piscataway in 2015/2016. At that time their office charged me extra fees. 1. They charged me money as Co-Pay which I paid from my pocket using my Debit card. 2. They charged the same amount again from the Care-Credit Account as well, which I paid too. I complained about this to their office at that time and they didn't listen. So I stopped going to their office. Now in 2019, I noticed that they sent a bill to collection agency in my name, and messed up my Credit History. Please be aware of their malpractices and I strongly recommend that you stay away from them, even if you have visited them previously. Even my friends (including their family) ran into similar issues with this doctor and their staff."
