"They were horrible. They were not on time. I called multiple times to see how far away they were and they kept saying they were on their way and still never came. unprofessional I been here since 9:00 it is currently 10:24 and they are still not open. absolutely ridiculous do not respect customers time at all."

"Did not comply with my request. My hair was being done when the hairstylist suggested that I texturize it (I was growing my hair out naturally at the time). I had no idea what that meant, but I said okay after she had initially said she could do it. I didn't realize what was happening to my hair until I turned to look in the mirror with my back to it and saw that it had been relaxed. I then told her that this wasn't what I had requested. In the end, my hair is worse off than it was. (I only wanted a finger-wave because they showed pictures of past customers.) A waste of money."

"I was dissatisfied, I have thin hair and she obviously knew that because she braided my hair but I wanted a sew in with a leave out and she didn’t leave out any hair around the perimeter of my head, only left out hair for the middle part but didn’t take out enough. I paid $130 and walked out with my tracks showing. Because I complained she gave me back $20 but I do not recommend going here for a sew in if you have thin hair"

"Hi, I visited this beauty parlor once, I heard they were good. All I wanted was wash n set. I booked n appointment, went in n the lady who does press set was unavailable, some else was appointed to me. I didn't like how she was drying my hair. After she finished my hair looked nice. I felt she wasn't gentle with me! I went back natural 5 yrs. Ago, it's hot out now so I just wash my hair myself n braid it up. Maybe I'll treat myself in December is my birthday. Only if the correct personis present."
