"Vivian has done my pedicure. Vivian takes her time and gives a great massage while giving the pedicure. Vivian is extremely nice and sweet. I've been getting acrylic tips (for a few months) at Hello Gorgeous for years. I think that Linh (owner) takes her time when doing nails. I haven't had any breaking or splitting of my natural (real) nails underneath."

"Been doing lash extensions for 5+ years. Quite literally the worst I’ve ever had done. Didnt use enough lashes, didn’t ask me my preferred shape, curl or length and both eyes were didn’t even look even when she was done. On top of that the entire hour I was laying there the lady just kept telling me over and over how my natural lashes were “so short” and “not nice”. Thanks, if my lashes were naturally long and luxurious I wouldn’t need extensions in the first place. Unless you like shoddy amateur work and being insulted incessantly - definitely go elsewhere. Also, I was on time for my appointment but she was not ready yet and told me they didn’t allow customers to wait inside the salon and asked me to wait outside - in January - until she was ready for me. I waited 50 minutes in the cold. The best part was when I was done with my service there was in fact another customer sitting INSIDE in the waiting area. Hands down one of the least pleasant salon experiences I’ve ever had in my life."

"My appointments are usually honored. Every once on a while they may run a little behind but things happen. I.e. a customer comes in late and throws the schedule off. The work is always well done and the staff is always friendly. It is nice to finally have a salon where my appointments are honored, the price is affordable and the work they so is great!"

"The owner is not very nice. First couple of times I went there the staff was awesome and they do very good pedicures. But then my daughter brought me a gift certificate for a spa for me there. Now the spa includes massage on legs and feet and deep leg treatment that’s just meaning some hot stuff they put on your legs already. Now I did have on jeans that where a little tight on the bottom but I did raise them up high enough for them to give me my leg and foot message. I got my regular pedicure appointment. When I said it to the owner she got very nasty with me. But I did give them a couple of more tries, and ever since that altercation the owner has been very rude on my visits there. Mind you I give her a lot of business between me and my to daughters. She so bad 2 of her technicians that I loved dearly left her shop ,that was the only reason I kept going there because they did any awesome job ,and where very nice and they made you feel comfortable. Now that they’re gone won’t go there unless It’s an emergency. The other technician in there that’s left does good work but I repeat don’t go to the owner very very rude."

"I am not too keen about sitting too long in a salon and hoping for the best but at Hello Gorgeous Lynn and the staff are amazing. Lynn asked me what I wanted for my haircut and she was so spot on that I scheduled my next appt for the following week. She has done my hair coloring in the past and it was perfect. She explained the reasoning behind the color and step by step she demonstrated her technique. Very professional and so personable. Thank you, Lynn and your wonderful colleagues"
