"Outside Car Service is supposed to provide medical transportation when trips are booked they are assigned by MAS. This is one of two occasions in which Outside car service has not been able to provide a driver. I called MAS today at 3:44pm to confirm my sons 6:30pm pick up they informed they were all set. Today at 6:30 pm I contacted outside car service and after a hold they told me they had no cab drivers available and they’re not sure why this trip was assigned. The dispatch told me to contact her in 11 mins, because she was going to send an Uber. That her Uber was in use and she could not send it right now. At 6:39 pm the dispatch called me and informed me that she would not send an Uber. That MAS would contact me and they would send someone who could take the trip. It is now 6:47pm and my son has still not been picked up and outside services is extremely unprofessional, the dispatch does not know how to speak with people, the drivers don’t show and they often replace their trips with Uber rides yet they bill for services."
