"Stranded in Manhatten. Five if us needed a ride to Delaware. They did show up but asked for cash as payment. Red flags should have waved but we were too tired to argue. They would not give us a receipt. I've tried unsuccessfully to get that receipt, since. We will not be reimbursed without it. Working off the clock maybe? They should not to be trusted."

"DO NOT EVER USE THIS CAR SERVICE. Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life from a cab company. I booked my car for 5:15pm earlier in the day. I made it clear the driver couldn’t be late as i had a train to catch. At 5:10pm I had no news from the car service so I called them for an update , the person I spoke to said he would call the driver but that he should be there any minute. At 5:20pm I’m waiting downstairs in the cold with three bags and a service dog. I called the car service 10 times until 5:30pm. They ignored every single call. I finally found a yellow taxi on the street and tried calling the car service again, this time from a restricted number and of course they answered STRAIGHT away. When I asked the representative on the phone if this is how they run a business he didn’t even know what to say. Shameful. I almost missed my train because of their incompetence and lack of communication. Save yourself the trouble and get any other car service but this one because they absolutely suck."

"We needed car for 5 hours with driver and the driver did not show up on time at all. We had to walk to our location and barely made it on time for a special red carpet event. Extremely disappointing service and the driver told us we needed to walk to him rather than going to the actual location that we would have been late for. The reviews on this company look fake and I would not trust them unless you have a good pair of shoes. Disappointed and I would NOT recommend them to anyone!"
