JC&Deborah Car and Limo Service

"My mother is 71 years old and disabled. Yesterday she booked a trip and return with this service, recommended by the Hilton hotel where she was staying. The driver took her to Prospect Park to an event and dropped her off, and at the end of the event, she was left outside, alone, with no return ride. I was calling from North Carolina to try and facilitate her pick up, and was hung up on NUMEROUS times by the female answering the phone. Then Nestor (I believe was his name) called me from his cell, repeatedly stated he did not speak English (I speak some Spanish and attempted to speak with him to no avail) and continued to say 111th street…. Why I don’t know… they knew where they dropped her off… the hotel also called on my behalf and was told she had no return reservation, now WHY would a 71 year old be dropped off and not need return transportation?? And of course they took a CASH payment from her as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and I will leave this review EVERYWHERE including the Hilton Honors website. If not for the venue staff, my mother would still be standing at Prospect Park!!!!"

"Great service and a friendly professional driver. On a Saturday afternoon my wife and I were left without transportation to EWR when our scheduled car from Execucar did not show up. Our hotel desk staff called Deborah Car Services (whom they regularly use) and we were picked up within 15 minutes. Our driver was exceptionally friendly and professional. We arrived at the airport quickly, safely and fortunately early enough to make our flight. We will use Deborah Car service the next time we are in NYC."

"VERY happy with this company. Yesterday I landed in Laguardia and took the green line bus up to car services pick up area. I was expecting black cars to be there for hire, but instead all of them were just picking up their clients. So I called Deborah Car and the office was very nice and attentive. He sent a car over in under 20 min which I thought was very good given 5:00 traffic on a Friday in snow. Hector my driver was great and he maneuvered that towncar about an hour away to my hotel without a problem. As a business owner myself I know good service the seldom times I find it and I already asked Hector to pick us up on our way back to the airport. Call them and ask for Hector!! A+"

"They are the BEST! MY first experience with them was by chance only, but they were so good we've used them every time we're in the city. Today, my 17 year old daughter traveled from KY to NYC and they picked her up at the airport. Her flight arrived early, but Tatiana knew as soon as she landed! She tracked her flight, had a car waiting, then called her to make sure that she knew she wasn't waiting at the airport alone. (She also put in a phone call to this Mom to ease my worries ❤️) Professional, affordable, polite and personable. They will not disappoint! We will never use any other service!"
