"I found this place a couple of years ago while looking for a discounted oil change on groupon. Needless to say, I've stayed with them since. Andy, Richard, and Karen are very amicable and pleasant to talk to, they've been nothing but helpful regarding my old car and all it's repairs. I've gone to them for issues ranging from a simple oil change to replacing my water pump and faulty sensors, they've offered a great service at a fair price. They've even provided me with a tow once due to a dead battery and starter motor. Yep, I've got an old car, but with repairs and advice from Andy and Richard I've kept my old girl in fighting shape."

Karen is the gracious "front of house" customer service person, and Andy is the expert in the garage. The shop is easy to get to in the Bronx, but it turns out they also offer pick-up and return for free, so I'll be using that next time. The prices are reasonable.
