"I left a review for this Honda service center about 4-5 months ago where I cited long wait times. I came here to provide an update. The wait times are long because the service is exceptional, and many people flock here. I am treated with personalized service and my Advisor, Tanjin always goes above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done, and is honest enough to tell me what’s not necessary. I don’t feel like I am being taken advantage of, and am confident in his suggestions based on his honesty. He even test drove my car to address any concerns I had. Customer service is superb. I’d definitely recommend this place!"

"My mom came in for an appointment to fix her trunk (it hasn’t been opening) yesterday. She went in, they told her they wouldn’t have time to service it, and so she made a new appointment and came in today. She waited 4 hours only for them to say that they couldn’t fix anything because they needed to order a part. They also initially told her that an issue like this should be covered by insurance and that she probably wouldn’t need to pay anything. After checking up on the car, they told her it would be $800. What kind of service center tells you you’re not going to have to pay anything before even looking at your car only to quote you several hundreds later on. Astounding customer service, seriously. Beyond that, salesmen have been constantly calling her trying to buy her car and meeting her there any time she needs to get her car fixed. They’ve tried to buy her car for way less than market value and have tried to convince her that a 2024 Honda HR-V starts at $34,000. She has Google. She can look up prices. It starts at around $27,000. She’s also told them several times already that she’s not all that interested in selling her car unless they give her a good deal but they keep pushing it. She’s told them to stop pushing it, that she likes to think things through, but they keep responding saying they’re not pushing it at all. So disrespectful, listen to customers. Suspicious business practices and it seems they try to take advantage of women they think won’t know any better. Respect your clients, they pay your salaries!!!"

"I came in for a simple NY State Inspection with a reserved appointment at 10am, and it has been 4 hours just waiting to get seen! The first two hours, the car was just sitting in the parking lot, and the other two hours, I am here waiting to finish the process and pay for the inspection. I spoke to another person here, he has a brand new car, just came for the inspection and oil change and he has been waiting for 6 hours! NEVER COME ON A SATURDAY! Honestly, avoid this place unless it’s your last resort! There is no coffee, there were no cups for water, the only good thing was that at least one of the bathrooms worked."

"My car calls for an oil change. I took my car to the service center on August 17th at 1pm. They said to pick it up at 9pm, I got there at 9pm and they said to pick up the car tomorrow. I got there at 5pm the next day thinking I could get my car. But the staff said that the car has not done any treatment. That is, they took my car and parked it there for a day and a half, but nothing was done. I went to their manager and the manager actually said that's the way it is and they have no problem."
