"Was very disappointed. After a discussion about my shoulder length hair and needs, and bringing in 4 pictures of acceptable styles, I got a much shorter cut that I wanted with an unattractive shape. It did not incorporate any of the features of the pictures I brought. I feel like I look like my bubble headed Barbie from the 60s rather than a stacked bob. BTW the picture on their website I liked was done by a stylist that is no longer there. Was overpriced with a poor design result. Can not wait until my hair grows out again."

I wanted a bob style cut and to really add more blonde highlights but give an overall brighter look and she nailed it! She was very thorough in explaining the steps she was going to take to achieve the look and she asked questions that reassured I was in the chair of someone who was very knowledgeable.
