"We booked weeks in advance for airport, pick up upon arrival and were extremely disappointed when the driver arrived with an empty fuel tank. The next 45 minutes were spent making our way into Manhattan only to turn around and come back to Queens to find a fill up. Communication during the process sparse at best and the entire time we were concerned that we would be walking. It was exceptionally hot in the car, because to save what was left in the fuel tank. There was no AC turned on even upon request. We had to alter and cancel our plans because the ride took so long due to the poor free trip planning. A very unexpected experience as you never plan on being picked up for ride service on an empty tank."
