"Yesterday, a driver for Java car service endangered the life of my blind daughter and her guide dog by taking them out of the car in oncoming traffic. Instead of parking on the right side of the street he parked on the left and took her out of the car in the bike and traffic lane. There were yellow cabs, bikers and cars driving down the street. A witness stopped and called Java to report the driver. I called and Carlos Moya just defended his driver and told me to go ahead and file a complaint with TLC. When is Moya's money more important than the lives entrusted in the cars and drivers he employs. When you have a incompetent driver, fire him. Think before you use Java. AND FILE COMPLAINTS WITH TLC WHEN YOU EXPERIENCE DANGEROUS DRIVERS FOR HIRE."
