"Terrible Service, wish I could give zero stars. I scheduled a car for my Elderly dad to be picked up at 10am through Centrax. Centrax informed me a Northside driver was assigned to pick up my dad. Its 10:50am and still no car. I called Northside, after being on hold for 10 minutes someone answered and hung up fast without saying anything. I called back and Im currently still on hold (for over 15 minute’s). I will have to change my dad’s insurance if we have to deal with car services like Northside."

"They constantly lie about the time. They just need to accept that it’s over. Uber charges a little bit more but you have accountability. I tried giving them so many chances as a loyal customer and time and time again, they tell 5-8 minutes and then you have to call them and it’s more time. You never know how far their drivers are. This business simply can’t be trusted anymore. It’s a dinosaur that functioned at a time before GPS and app tracking technology. Perfect for your grandmother."
