"West Point Taxi is a disgrace to the West Point community. Numerous experiences have shown me that their services are reckless and not to be trusted. They routinely pack 8 cadets into what should be 6 seats without the consent of the cadets involved. Upon calling to complain about this, I was lied to and told that this wasn't true, that they wouldn't authorize this, when in reality I saw it for myself and heard the true extent of the entire conversation between a driver and the owner. They are so profit-driven that they do not realize how terrible their reputation is becoming. AVOID!"
