"I requested towing from A-1 towing LLC(NJ) . It was urgent cause today was my off day and I made appointment for repair since my car was broken and I was waiting this LLC around 4 hours even though they send us a message that driver will be at your adress within 45 min -2 hours. I tried to reach out driver & finally I reached out him to ask for when he can able to come to the address. He acted extremely rude to us and he said that "Situation is not urgent you have to wait. It can be more than specified time. I don't care." and than hung up the phone. While we are waiting for help he wasn't respectful. This is an disappointing for us."
