"While this lady (Aldonza) was cutting the front of my hair. She cut off too much! she realized and she said sorry. When she was done I explained to the owner that she cut off too much hair by mistake. SHE LIED and said that she was sorry because she hit my ear. She knows exactly what she did! As I tired to explain this to the owner, she defended her employee and made it seem like it was my fault for not explaining what I wanted and that this looks fine....she went on explaining to me what face shaping is. She was doing it fine until she did that big chop by mistake and messed it up! The woman refused to admit it was an accident. Absolutely HORRIBLE! As I'm getting my bag and coat on the way out the owner had a very rude look on her face as she began talking about me. No respect at all! They call this "face shaping"."
