They held on to our baby’s car seat which they brought back for pick up and worked out perfect for my 8 month old baby. And we were dropped off right in front of Newark airport and picked up right in front with our many pieces of luggage with no need to take a shuttle or bus. Worth every dime."

"I needed a reputable car service to take me from northern NJ to Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in NYC for an operation. I checked out reviews for car services and was pleasantly surprised to find glowing reviews for Metropro. I spoke to Joe, the owner, the day before my surgery and explained that I had to be on time and that I was in a lot of pain so the ride had to be smooth. Joe assured me this was entirely possible. Terry, the driver, showed up almost 15 minutes before the scheduled arrival time and called as well to confirm his arrival. He was professional, courteous and an excellent driver. He made the ride pleasurable and comfortable and we even arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule, despite the heavy traffic we encountered on the FDR Drive! After such a pleasant experience to the hospital, I knew I wanted to use Metropro again for the ride back home the next day. The hospital could not give me an exact discharge time, but I called Joe anyway and explained the situation. He was so understanding and said that I should call back when I was ready and he would make sure to accommodate me. Joe actually wound up coming himself to take me home!! We made it home quickly and Joe was an excellent driver. He made the ride so pleasant and smooth that I had no discomfort at all. "This was my first time using Metropro Limo We were driven from my home to Newark Liberty Airport. We had a 6:00A flight so we needed to be picked up at 3:15A. The limo was on time and the driver Romeo was great. He loaded all our baggage and insisted we just enter the vehicle and relax. The vehicle was spacious and spotlessly clean and Romeo was very personable. They also picked us up on the way home and made our ride very comfortable. They are now my new limo service when I need one again. You will not be disappointed using this service."

"I recently used Metropro Limo for a return trip from the airport at the suggestion of one of my coworkers. I’ve never needed a car service in the past so I was a little nervous about the whole situation since I wouldn’t have a friend or family member waiting for me at the airport. I worked with Joe to get my pick up scheduled and he couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating. If that didn’t already put me at ease, when I landed in NY I had already been contacted by my driver to let me know he was waiting patiently for me. Julio was also very friendly and helpful.
