Not everyone has a great experience but it is helpful when the owner responds online to explain. And it is always more appropriate to contact the owner directly to fix what went wrong. I am very happy with my visits so far."

"Dean is an expert, I am super happy with my hair cut. She also blow dries like a pro. The only reason I take away a star is because their deep conditioning is rather disappointing. It’s just regular conditioner post hair wash. I was expecting it to be spa-ish. I got a groupon that costed 35$ and I paid an additional 15$ due to the length of my hair."
