"Legit review. I am not family or friend. After being threatened by the wife to fix a couple of dents and scratches, I found this place through google search. Saw the ratings and read the reviews. Stopped by met Sal. At first, he started a little salesy, but quickly i assessed that he was genuine. This is rare in this type of industry. After discussion and explaining in layman terms all that would need to be done, i was comfortable enough to award him the job. The finished product was outstanding! Looked like a brand new car. The blend of the paint and repairs were done to perfection. Job was completed on time at a reasonable cost. I was lucking on this one. Lux auto body is now my new autobody shop if i ever need a repair. That is comforting to say, because the selection of any kind of vendor can be tricky. It is so important to have a vendor that you can trust and is not looking to add work unnecessarily...By the way, the wife loved the job so much that she gave Sal a hug, which took us both for a loop. As for me, i am probably good for a week. You know how it goes. Thanks Sal well done!"

"Sal and his team are as professional and courteous as they come. What we thought would be a huge inconvenience only amounted to two visits to their shop (one to drop the car off and one to pick it up). They handled everything in an expeditious way, and made sure the job was done right. "They are amazing and very friendly and punctual with fair pricing, I got Msport bumpers and side skirts for my bmw 335 which require some extra work to put on properly and they went the extra mile and both the paint and the fitment on the bumpers are perfect! "Best experience working with Lux Auto Body! Sal was passionate about getting the color for our new lower bumper lip exactly right! We had visited a few shops before hand and were told you couldn't color match pearl white and would have to blend the new piece. Well, it's obvious the others just don't have the expertise to do quality work and wanted more money and would not guarantee a color match. Sal was professional and passionate about color matching. Lux Auto Body also goes the extra steps to safe guard everyone's health during these COVID times, by using ionizers to disinfect the car interior.
