Her skills are impeccable, and you have the added bonus that she herself is a perfectionist. I recently had an issue with my bridge, and rather than just hurriedly repair it, she reconstructed it to be better than the original. And she made sure it was perfect--the color, the feel, the fit. On top of all of this, she is a caring dentist who listens to you, addresses your concerns, and always takes time for you as a person. She truly goes the extra mile for her patients! I feel very lucky that I am a patient in her practice."

"I had a horrible experience. I went in for teeth whitening and the second I got there Stephanie was in such a rush to charge my credit card $1,000 . How about paying afterwards? I was initially told I would go in for teeth whitening which would consist of several visits which was not the case at all. I was told at the end that it was just one visit and thats it! 1,000 bucks for nothing honestly. The worst part was Dr. Mello had her inexperienced assistant do the whitening on me instead of her. She was careless and unprofessional. She made a quick $1,000 by just standing outside the hall while her assistant did all the work and horribly too. If you're okay with getting ripped off this is the practice for you."
