"It was my first time visiting this place and I was pleasantly surprised when Emerson took the car on a ride to give a live inspection. He was very honest and detailed about his evaluation. Gave a very decent price estimate, not trying to scam like some others do in the business. He has a gem of a crew working along with him. Most importantly, the way he treated his customers with respect and friendliness was impressive. He also offered me a drop and pick up for convenience.
