"I am very impressed with professionalism, super friendly customer service, precision, skill, and attention to every detail demonstrated by the owner Jose and his excellent technician who had performed a front and rear differential service on my Subaru outback on 7/26/2022. The guys even took the samples of both front and rear differentials' fluid and showed me the pictures of the drain plugs to show what it looked like before. "Very professional and great service. I had a problem with my (old) Honda Accord with a loud grinding noise. JRM was very accommodating to work on it even though they were very busy. Did a detailed inspection and communicated the repair options and costs; all of which were very reasonable. I also had them do several maintenance items while they waited for replacement parts. Will not hesitate to take my car back to them in future."
