"Yeah, not sure why this place has 5 stars, but looking at the quantity of the reviews, it makes sense. At first glance, this place feels great. The issue is when you become a repeat customer. They supposedly didn't receive my xray but I saw my charts a few minutes later. They then charged me for another xray because they didn't have my xray from my other dental office but when I questioned them what is that xray image in the folder, they ignored me. The front desk woman is rude - terrible customer service. It's really difficult to find a decent dental place. This place certainly didn't help."
