"I was getting lash extensions for many years and I did not realize how amazing they could be until I found Erika and Ali at Luminous. The last lash artist I went to did such a bad job that my natural lashes were falling out in clumps, along with the extensions. Then, my trusted hairdresser sent me to Luminous, and they immediately set up an appointment with me to assess the damage. I met with Ali, who somehow managed to keep me calm as she carefully removed what was left of the extensions, only to find that almost all of my lashes were gone. She saw how upset I was, so she made time in her busy schedule to give me a new set of lashes that same week. She even offered to help me learn how to put on strip lashes for the next couple of days. Given the state of my lashes, I had no idea how she would fix them, but, days later, I had a brand new set of the most gorgeous set of perfect lashes that were as light as a feather! It was a miracle! When I had to stop my extensions due to the Pandemic, not only did I miss my lashes, but I realized how much I missed everyone at Luminous. But, after they opened, I was worried about getting another set of lashes right away in the event the world would close down again. I did my own research, because they never try to "sell" you anything, and I realized that they also do lash lifts and tints! I was thrilled to find a reason to return to Luminous and I am so glad I did! My lashes look amazing again! Luminous is a beautiful salon with kind, generous and exceptionally talented artists who truly care about their craft and their customers. They are simply the best!"

"I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my eyelashes done. The staff at Luminous is excellent. They are so warm and caring, but at the same time totally professional. I feel like I have found a new group of girlfriends. I feel right at home when I walk in. I have had the opportunity to have my eyelashes done by three different experts and have been happy with all three. This allows me such flexibility when making my appointments because I can go to any of them and know I will get an incredible lash refill. I have many people in my school ask me where I get my lashes done, and I don't hesitate for a minute to tell them. Also I can't forget Marcella who usually books my appointments who I love. She hasn't done my lashes yet, but I will be coming for a long time so I know she will one day."

"First of all, the vibe as soon as you walk in is just dreamy. Their product set up and look of the waiting area is so visually appealing. I've been lucky to have had Dominique as my lash artist. She's incredible and can pick up on your vibe instantly. Need to relax? she's ready to set that mood. Need to vent? her ears are on. Need to laugh? she's a freaking comedian. She has blessed me with lash extensions in the past which are absolutely fabulous and tailored to exactly the look you're going for. Since having a baby, I've realized that a lash curl works better as it's much less maintenance for my hectic schedule now. I can't recommend this establishment and Dominique enough!"
