"Friendly staff & beautiful, well-kept salon. However, super unhappy with my wash & set. For starters, my hair color is blonde which means more care is required. While getting my blowout, not much heat protectant was applied or any other products. It’s not as straight or silky like it needs to be when getting done professionally. First and last time coming here unfortunately. Also a bit overpriced."

"If you are looking for a Dominican blowout place. This is it! Staff is amazing, very polite, place is always clean and they offer facials, manís/pedis, massage, eyebrows, eyelashes, makeup. Everything! I love it here !"

"I just moved to the neighborhood and was looking for a new nail salon. I was happy that this was sort of a one stop shop, not only do they do nails but they do hair as well! I scheduled an appointment for 4:30 with Ana and was not seen until around 5:20. I let it slide because I really wanted to try this place out. Ana was extremely meticulous and thorough with her work, she is also very friendly- we chatted the whole time. However here is where the hiccups occurred. Within one day my nails chipped and I called to schedule an appointment to have them fixed. I was told to come in at 6:30 as it was just a quick fix. Again, I was not seen until 7:15. The salon itself is beautiful, well kept and all staff are extremely friendly however time is something I value. At this point I would’ve been fine with the chipped nail rather than waiting around for 45 minutes. This place has potential but they should really work on time management."

"I absolutely loved my experience at Marbellas my daughter who is four years old was treated like a queen has her hair,nails and make up done for fun and she was beyond happy while I was being pampered the staff and owner were welcoming and gathered to my daughter and I. Making this my permanent hair salon and nails salon place with the luxury of other wonder spa treatments in between"

She has helped me improve my skin over time, and develop a skincare routine for at home that is inexpensive and just what is right for my skin type. Beatriz is the most knowledgable esthetician I have ever worked with- plus she is so kind and professional, and truly makes me feel comfortable every single appointment. It’s been really nice to have such a high end salon/spa so close to home. I can’t recommend Marbella’s Beauty Lounge and Beatriz’s services enough!"
