"My experience at Brooklyn Mint was phenomenal. Not only was the office clean and modern, the staff was friendly and accommodating from beginning to end. My husband needed emergency services for broken teeth and they were able to accommodate us the same day (on a Saturday!) Dr. Bowers had great bedside manner and explained everything from costs to options before moving forward with the procedure. We appreciated his philosophy that the least amount of dentistry is best when explaining the options we had. At the end, my husband’s teeth came out great and we’re both glad we found this location. Although this is an out-of-network office, the costs were completely worth it considering we had an emergency on a long weekend. Thank you Brooklyn Mint for handling us with kid gloves."

"I've now been to Dr. Alice Hoang and their assistant Richie three times - each and every time has been pleasant, informative, pain-free and also on-time (or early!). The office is clean and modern - and everyone in the office is engaging and fun. Not a vibe I've ever experienced at a dentist before. They put a lot of effort into the entire experience - not just the procedure. A warm towel and an offer of coffee or water on arrival, to the monitors welcoming you by name in each procedure room all make it seem like what it is - a modern, caring take on dentistry. Absolutely recommend it if you're looking for a dentist - and one who will take the time to explain everything and take your comfort seriously."

"Brooklyn Mint is as pristine and friendly as all the other reviews list. They were able to take me in for a cosmetic emergency (the front tooth!) the next day, and Dr. Alice recommended several options. We chose a more short term option, due to finances and desire to do a full reconstruction within the next couple of years... so they really did take a holistic view of what I needed in my life at that moment, which I appreciated. Dr. Alice constructed an absolutely beautiful tooth that matched seamlessly with my top veneers; she was extremely detailed and thorough. I will now be saving up to do a whole mouth makeover! Highly recommend."

"This was genuinely one of the best dental offices I’ve ever been to. Every interaction I had with the staff was very positive and genuine, you can tell they really care about the patients. I’m someone who has a fear of the dentist, but I never felt nervous once because of how welcoming the staff is. Besides how nice everyone is, they take care to explain exactly what the issue you’re having is, what caused it, and how to fix it. They are very clear in their communication, as well as what their treatment options are. The inside of for the office is beautiful. There are two living plant walls (TWO!!) and a very comfy waiting room. When you walk into the room your appointment is in, there’s a greeting message on the TV that has your name on it. There’s also a Roku TV with headphones hanging from the ceiling so you can have something to distract yourself with. I don’t have kids, but they also have a room with a ball pit and toys laid around for them, which was really cute. Over all, this was an amazing experience. Thank you!"

"Brooklyn Mint was the best dental experience I've ever had! Dr.Chris is incredibly kind and thorough, the front desk staff are so friendly, and the space is beautifully designed making for an overall amazing experience. I've never been to a dentist that offers ameneties like noise-cancelling headphones or massage eye masks like Brooklyn Mint does. They even sent me home with Cocofloss which I've always wanted to try! I'll definitely be coming back for regular appointments :)"
