"Dr. Vega and Dr. Verma are the best ! When I tell you I do not like going to the dentist, I mean it but these two changed my whole outlook on dental care. They actually take their time, they truly gently care about people. They go all out of there way writing things down, suggesting tips, giving thorough explanations, they give you their resources and refer you to people who are just as good as them. They are super clean and neat! They no longer take my insurance so I went for a consultation out of pocket and I’m telling you; it was money well spent. Dr. Vega took time out of his day to make a referral call for me and his wife also stepped in on my consultation so I feel like i got even more for my time. They are angels in disguise. If you are someone like me who is scared and worried about going to the dentist .. please just go here ! You won’t be disappointed ! They are the best in this dental buisness and trust me you won’t regret it. They are eager and willing to work with you no matter your financial state, I wish I would have met them sooner. They are truly one of a kind and together they do perfect work. I wish I could give 10 stars instead of five because they deserve it. Unbelievable work and very trustworthy and honest people. "WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE- WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! I arrived on time for my appointment but had to spend the first 15 minutes filling out forms because the link to fill out forms prior would not load for me. Then they spent forever taking X-rays and finally the dentist started cleaning my teeth. I had to take a break to use the restroom because my stomach wasn’t feeling well, that took maybe 5-8 minutes. When I got out they told me they wouldn’t be able to finish my cleaning because there wasn’t enough time. I was stunned, overall their vibe was unfriendly but I couldn’t believe they literally sent me away after basically doing nothing. So disappointed, it was such a waste of my time and horrible start to my day."

"The front desk office staff are difficult and create so many challenges! I have been going to a dentist there for over two years, and overall really loved my dentist. However, I will no longer be using their services. Every single appointment results in some unnecessary issue stemming from their admin staff, and it is not worth the headache or attitude. I have had them try to double bill me, use the wrong insurance or claim it is not on file, use the wrong billing code, and book the wrong appointment time verbally provided. And every time, the front desk acts as if it is the patient's fault, even if showing proof on why you believe there is an admin issue."

"This is simply the best dentist experience I had in my 15 years in NYC. They are clear on pricing and insurance, do not attempt to overcharge you for everything (yes I am talking to you Tend) and are very professional. They fixed my chip tooth and did whitening for a price that was very fair. Definitely recommend them !"
